Standard Shipping is $7.99 for orders under $65 and free for orders over $65 (contiguous United States only). Standard shipping typically takes 6-10 business days transit time. Please note that transit time refers to the time estimated by the shipper from pickup to delivery (order processing time is not included in the estimate). These time estimates are not guaranteed (except for Express orders).

Faster Shipping is $14.99 for orders under $65 and $7.00 for orders over $65 (contiguous United States only). (Faster shipping is simply $7.00 more than our standard shipping.) Faster shipping typically takes 2-5 business days transit time. Please note that transit time refers to the time estimated by the shipper from pickup to delivery (order processing time is not included in the estimate). These time estimates are not guaranteed (except for Express orders).

Express Shipping is $25.00 or more based upon the size, weight, and shipping destination of your order. Express shipped orders typically arrive in 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Express shipped orders have priority status and leave our warehouse more quickly than orders shipped through other methods. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories: Standard Shipping is $18.99 but can be more based upon the size and weight of your order. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than $18.99. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is 10-14 business days transit time. Faster Shipping is $19.99 but can be more based upon the size and weight of your order. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than $19.99. Faster shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is 2-5 business days transit time. Express Shipping is $50.00 but can be more based upon the size and weight of your order. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than $50.00. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is 1-3 business days transit time. Express shipped orders have priority status and leave our warehouse more quickly than orders shipped through other methods.

Canada : Standard Shipping is $28.99 but can be more based upon the size and weight of your order. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than $28.99. Standard shipping to Canada is 10-14 business days transit time. Faster Shipping is $35.99 but can be more based upon the size and weight of your order. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than $35.99. Faster shipping to Canada is 2-5 business days transit time.Express Shipping is $45.00 but can be more based upon the size and weight of your order. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than $35.99. Express shipping to Canada is 1-3 business days transit time. Express shipped orders have priority status and leave our warehouse more quickly than orders shipped through other methods. Please note that refunds on items shipped to Canada will be minus our cost to ship the item, including any brokerage fees or duties that may have been incurred by Yonder Star.

International Orders please email us (info@YonderStar.com) with your order. We will reply with shipping rates and options. We accept PayPal from a verified account, Western Union wire transfer, Western Union money order, American Express money order and international postal money order for International orders. Payment must be in US dollars.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Our default shipping methods for international shipments will be through the US Postal Service when possible. If orders are small enough to ship via International First Class Mail we will do so. However, this method is not insured for products or shipping costs. Larger orders will ship via USPS International Priority Mail, or (USPS International Express Mail upon request). These methods have insurance for the value of the products only. In the unlikely event that a claim will need to be filed for loss or damage, the cost of shipping is not covered, nor is it refundable to the buyer. If the buyer prefers fully insured shipments, please contact us to request such. A fully insured shipping quote will be provided using a private shipper of our choice which may or may not include UPS or FedEx.

 

Any pre-assigned shipping charges applied during the checkout process are subject to review against actual costs of shipping. A greater shipping charge may be required to confirm the order. In such a circumstance we will contact the buyer for approval of additional charges before capturing any payment.

 

Where possible, international orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the consignee at the time of delivery. All other shipments will be made via an independent shipper. Customs and duties for these shipments are the responsibility of the consignee at the time of delivery.

 

We reserve the right to restrict payment methods for international sales, or to refuse sales to addresses of suspicious origin.

 

Acceptable payments for international orders include: (1) American Express money order, (2) postal money order, (3) Western Union wire transfer, (4) Paypal with a certified account.

 

We no longer accept direct bank wire transfers. If you wish to wire money for your order, it must be done through Western Union. As we have no means to verify the billing address for an international credit card, we do not accept international credit cards for telephone orders or order-by-email method under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

Privacy Policy: At Yonder Star Christmas Shop, LLC we guard the privacy of all of our customers. We will neither sell nor rent any information that you provide us. We value you as a customer and want to ensure your satisfaction with us, so that you will return- and bring a friend! Yonder Star Christmas Shop, LLC considers cardholders' security to be paramount. 

Our Return Policy: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our merchandise, less shipping & handling costs. Returns will only be accepted in new, unused condition. Up to 90 days, we will extend store credit for any items returned in new, unused condition. Orders that were placed and inclusive of free shipping may be subject to subtraction of shipping costs from refund. Because large or heavy indoor/outdoor decorations are extremely costly to ship, returns on large or heavy indoor/outdoor decorations will be minus our exact cost to ship the item. This includes Advent candles. Insure your returns! Any item that is damaged during return transit will not be accepted as a return in perfect condition. No refund will be issued. We highly recommend that you insure your returns against such damages. Use a shipping carton! Do not put a shipping label on the product itself. Many items come in their own gift box. Returns that are received with a labeled gift box can no longer be sold as new, and will not be accepted as returns in new, unused condition. If your order arrives damaged we will take care of the claims procedure but you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. After 10 days, the shipper will no longer honor the claim therefore we will be unable to assist you. Returns of drop-shipped items: Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Returns on these items may be required to be sent back to the manufacturer. These items include but are not limited to pre-lighted Christmas trees. Contact us if you are uncertain. Pre-lighted trees shall be returned directly to the manufacturer and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee in addition to the subtraction of our shipping costs for the original shipment.
