Fair Trade African nativity scene hand-carved from Musave wood of native Musave trees (Markhamia Lutea) in Rwanda, Africa.
This 9 piece nativity set is a beautiful depiction of the celebration of Jesus' birth. Figures included: Jesus in a manger (baby can be removed from crib), Mary, Joseph, three kings, shepherd wearing traditional Rwandan garb, and two animals. The Musave carved figures are finished with a combo of liquid wood stain and locally available shoe polish.
Nativity figures stand approximately 8.5 inches tall.
